Who fulfils your order
Each supplier fulfils the items they sell you. If your order has items from more than one supplier, it splits into a separate order per supplier, each with its own shipping cost and its own status. You see this split in your cart before you pay, and again on your order.
Shipping cost
Each supplier sets their own shipping cost for the items they sell. It's itemised per supplier at checkout, before you pay — never added afterward.
Local pickup
Where a supplier offers pickup, their pickup location is part of their storefront on the Marketplace. Pickup availability is set by each supplier individually — not every supplier offers it.
